Two bedroom condo with outdoor pool! Summer Winds B104

Two bedroom updated condo with outdoor pool! This cozy ground level condo is located on Robin Dr. (off of 28th St.) and is approx. 1/2 mile from the beach and Atlantic Ocean - a very quick drive or a 12-15 minute walk. The main bedroom has a king sized bed, the second bedroom has two full sized beds and there is a full sized sleep sofa so you can sleep 6 people comfortably. Enjoy complimentary high speed internet/wifi and a smart TV in the living room and both bedrooms so you can stream your favorite shows (with your login credentials.) The condo has a window unit air conditioner in the living areas. There is a washer and mini dryer (see pic) in the condo and you have two unassigned parking spaces. There is also typically plenty of free street parking. This condo is at the west end of Robin Dr. so you are not in all the hustle and bustle, but you are still a short walk or drive to everything. You'll be close to several restaurants and bars and there is even mini golf at the end of the street. You're also just minutes away from Jolly Roger Amusement and Water Park and tons of other places. *Please note the air conditioner is in the living room so bedroom doors will need to stay open to benefit from air conditioning.

*Sorry, no rentals to groups under the age of 25 and no Senior Week groups. Parents are not allowed to rent on behalf of children under the age of 25 and there are no excpetions to this rule. Also, this is a non-smoking property and does not allow pets, sorry.

*Linens are not provided but can be rented separately for $112.65. A complete linen set includes sheets and pillow cases for each bed and a towel set for the maximum occupancy of 6 people. You can add this option when you make your reservation if you choose to do so. Guests must supply all soaps and paper products.

We require a copy of a valid Driver's License or Government photo ID from the primary guest once booked.**

*Outdoor pools are open seasonally, typically at a minimum Memorial Day - Labor Day. Dates and times are determined by each building and OCMD Getaways has no control over open dates and times.
