Small, unpretentious house, it is being renovated, lots of wood on the walls, the furniture is rustic, the equipment necessary for comfort is present.
A wood stove is present in the kitchen/dining room, for additional heating, there is wood available under a lean-to
Near a road, a beautiful river, and on the edge of the forest
The house is supplied with spring water, but it is preferable to use bottled water for drinking, as it has not been analyzed.
A terrace with a barbecue, a pool fed by a spring.
A network amplifier has been installed for better reception of the telephone network.
The owner is not responsible for the weather, if it rains, as often happens in the Vosges, the tenant must accept it and not blame the landlord.
Sheets and towels must be brought or rented.
