Though our island paradise may look a bit different than it once has, the sun continues to shine each day, bringing with it relaxing beach days, spectacular sunsets and new memories to be made.
With that in mind, we have the perfect vacation home for your party of up to 10 to come and experience the Beach as it comes back to life!
Furniture, accessories, housewares, interior/exterior features and amenities - everything is new! This 5 bedroom, 4 bath home has been designed, decorated and furnished by the owners to provide just about everything you could want for a dream beach vacation. No detail has been overlooked - all you have to do is pack your bags!

Sweeping balcony behind the home has covered dining table and seated area, electric grill and steps that take you down to the stunning, spacious pool deck on the ground level
Ground level covered lounge area, heated pool with in-water sun deck, spa, and sun lounges all enclosed in a dramatic 2-story screen enclosure - overlooking the canal behind the home that runs to the Estero Bay
Garage under the home has parking for 2 vehicles. There you will find, ping pong table, kayaks, beach gear and fishing poles provided by the owner. (Guests will need to provide tackle/bait.) Owners have also provided a complimentary pack n' play and highchair.
There is an elevator, if needed. Please notify us if there is an individual in your group that will need to use the elevator during your stay. If not, it will be unavailable for general use. Please note that the elevator may encounter mechanical failure from time to time and it's availibilty is not warranted or gauranteed.
Free unlimited Wi-Fi throughout the home
Public beach access #14 is just a block away from the property. There you will find the Gulf, where you can sun, play, swim, enjoy sunrise runs along the beach, and dazzling sunsets at night. Several beach resorts are currently offering day passes so you can spend a day or two enjoying their pools and other beachfront amenities.
Many on-island restaurants/bars have re-opened, food trucks are popping up, and the island's Publix grocery store is now open again - and only .9 miles from the house - great when you've had a long day and out and about and don't a long trek for groceries! Although we recover a little more each and everyday, following Hurricane Ian some of the Island's services and amenities are currently limited, for the most up-to date information, please refer to https://www.visitfortmyers.com/beach-conditions & https://www.fortmyersbeach.org/whos-open-for-business/ for more information.
When you aren't enjoying the beach, you can drive south off the island to Lover's Key State Park, Bonita Springs, Naples and Marco Island; north off the island you'll find the beaches of Sanibel and Captiva Island; you'll also want to visit revitalized downtown Fort Myers - a great spot for dining and nightlife. Fort Myers is also home to multiple public golf courses and the Spring Training facilities of the Minnesota Twins and the Boston Red Sox. Nearby Coconut Point and the Miromar Outlets are great shopping and dining destinations; and we can't leave out the tony Waterside shops and 5th Avenue in Naples - fun whether you shop, eat or just look! Take a day to trip to the Florida Everglades for some alligator spotting on an exhilarating airboat ride. And don't miss the Key West Express - where you can take the ferry boat down to Key West for a same-day or overnight say in Florida's southernmost city! Southwest Florida truly does have a little something for everything!

No smoking, including e-cigarettes, cigars, or pipes permitted anywhere on the property; this includes the home, lanai, and garage.
Pool heaters don't run May-October. The pool heater thermostat is set to 85 degrees. However, local weather, sun, rain and daytime & night time temperatures will affect the actual pool temperatures and a static temperature of 85 degrees is not guaranteed.
No pets allowed.
Minimum age to rent is 25. Please be prepared to show a government issued ID, matching the name the property is booked in, to a representative of the management company or property owner within 24-hours of

We enjoyed the pool and hot tub, the bedrooms were great and comfortable. The kitchen was very nice and and many cooking dishes and seasonings there.No problem with check in. Thought after the price we would get dishwasher detergent for the 7 days, and 2 rolls of TP per bathroom only and 1 roll of paper towels. Sad. 3 of the 5 bikes were not working ell. Biked down bike paths for 2 hrs but the chain came of 10 times.

A baseball tournament brought us to the area and we had the best week! This house has everything you need for a week of fun at the beach! Bikes, kayaks, beach gear, pool gear and fishing gear! The sleeping accommodations were perfect and comfortable and kitchen was fully stocked for including spices and basic pantry necessities. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this place!

Perfect location and perfect house for our family of 9! A wonderful new home with everything and exactly as listed and then some! All amenities are brand new, clean, well organized and stocked. Great layout/floor plans and location is terrific with a few minute walk to the Gulf! Nice having 5 bicycles!

The house was very nice. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub, and kyaking. Short walk to the beach. The lanai was lovely. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, silverware, etc.The elevator had a sign that it was not to be used without prior approval. It was a long walk up the stairs with heavy suitcases and groceries. There seemed to be some electrical issues. The remote controlled lights in the living room and lanai were difficult to turn off once they were turned on. The solenoid in the elevator door would randomly start activating the door open light including a very loud clicking noise. It would eventually stop, but was very annoying. The first time it happened we texted the building manager, and he said he would try to get a technician out to look at it. When it stopped, I texted him that it was OK. When it started making noise again, I texted again, and he said he would try to find a technician, but no one ever came to look at it. I get it that 2 hurricanes hit Fort Meyers beach in October and that it is difficult to arrange for maintenance, but I wish we had been warned about these electirical issues.
