Comfy Modern House w Pool Perfect Location

The hosts were exceptional. Very responsive to my questions regarding arrival. I had read some reviews about the property prior to renting, with some folks having concerns about managing the thermostat. I did not have any issues with controlling the comfortability of the home. I simply asked the hosts, via text in the Booking app, to lower the available temperature setting for us to use when we were in the house at night and they adjusted the setting immediately. It was that simple. I received the check-in instructions, access code to the home, and the community gate on the day of arrival. We did not have any issues entering either one. The home was exceptionally clean and perfectly staged for our arrival. The property was exactly as you see it in the photos - which has not always been the case with other properties we've rented. The hosts provided everything that we needed for our stay. Trash bags, paper towel roll, napkins, fully furnished kitchen, laundry, bathroom amenities, linens...all of it. They even provided a nice welcome package with some sweets, snacks, and a wonderful bottle of wine. The community was quiet and allowed for relaxing nights after long days at the parks. Location is very close to Disney and Universal, generally between a 20-30 drive to and from either one given traffic, so starting and ending your days are very easy. It is a quick 5 minutes drive to get to the highway which is very nice in the mornings getting to the parks. There is a Publix about 10 minutes away so stocking the house with groceries was a quick trip with not a lot of traffic. All in all, it is a fantastic location with great hosts managing the property. We plan to stay at the home again for our next trip.

There is nothing that we didn't like about the property, location, or services from the hosts.

The house was a great property. We all had room and no one was on top of each other!!

Getting in the gate was troublesome, but once we did what we were suppose to do it was fine.

it was Clean and spacious

It would of been handy to have a clothes drying horse as I don’t like to tumble dry my clothes and a horse in the garage would of been perfect. Would also save you Electricity costs. A Hoover, and tea towels would have been extremely helpful. A book of how to work things, maybe with takeaway menus and things to do. Also there was no manual of what to do if a hurricane hit. Not sure if laws have changed but salt and pepper and basic condiments on site would have been appreciated.

This is the perfect house for a family vacation. The hosts made check-in super easy ( door and gate codes before arrival). Communication was good with hosts and they checked on us several times during the week. When we arrived, the house was super clean and well decorated. The pool area is pristine. The rooms are spacious and every closet had drawers and built ins for clothing etc. They provide plenty of linens but there is a washer/dryer on site if you need it. We found everything in the kitchen you need if you plan to cook a meal ( we cooked breakfast in the mornings before hitting the Disney parks). The kitchen is well stocked, which is unusual for vacation home rentals. Did I mention TWO dishwashers?!?! Amazing. 12 minute drive to the Disney parks and multiple gates to exit and enter on property. Give this a house a chance, you won’t be disappointed!

I would recommend ceiling fans because you can’t not freely adjust the thermostat much ( which is understandable ). This would not stop us from renting again though.
