Condomínio bem localizado e com instalações boas, confortáveis e piscina excelente. Vaga de garagem coberta. Equipado com os eletrodomésticos básicos (airfry, gelagua, microondas, fogão, geladeira, cafeteira), camas de casal confortáveis.
A cama de solteiro do primeiro quarto estava ao contrário, com o colchão abaixo da base, só percebemos no final da estadia.
