Struttura nuova con un ottima posizione rispetto al centro

Apartament modern, molt funcional. Vistes al riu Freser. Llit molt còmode. TV gran. Lloc molt tranquil.

Quan vaig entrar, el terra no estava completament escombrat. Vaig tenir que fer-li una repassada. Les manetes de les portes són de secció quadrada i resulten incòmodes. Al lavabo, aniria bé tenir un tovalloler (a més del tovalloler-escalfador que ja hi ha).

The location was great, a very short walk to convenience stores, bars, restaurants and the historic Monastery. (I have to mention the Mexican restaurant 4 minutes away, it was the best Mexican I've ever had.) The view from the front windows was amazing. The old city walls, some homes and the river with picturesque bridges. The bed in the master bedroom was divine. We slept incredibly well. Parking was available just up the street, a 4 minute walk, free and right next to the police station. I've learned that you just don't get parking immediately next to accomodations in an ancient city like Ripoll, so that it was free, close and safe was a bonus. The property was super clean. We were there in November, and the heating was awesome. The owner was available via text/WhatsApp and very responsive. The elevator opened directly into the flat, was was great for transporting suitcases etc. Okay, some people may not care but the bath towels were large. Not quite bath sheets, but close. The one face-to-face encounter with management was great. They delivered fresh bedding and towels, were very polite and kind.

I have some nitpicky points. Nothing that spoiled the flat, though. The kitchen pots and pans were somewhat worn. I guess it's to be expected. The shower didn't have a door, and it was impossible to shower without getting water everywhere. Believe me, we tried. At least it is of a good size, and still not the worst shower I've ever come across on vacation. There were very few side table, just one tiny one in each bedroom. It made it so we had to set drinks and snacks on the floor. I've never had a vacation flat that dies have enough horizontal surfaces, though.

La ubicación y la orientación al rio el apartamentos es bonito , pero deja mucho que desear la falta de aseo total,las sábanas ni siquiera habían sido cambiadas ,una pena q las personas encargadas de mantener la limpieza hagan quedar mal a su propietario

La limpieza deja mucho que desear ,encontramos viruta de tabaco y restos de haber fumado por mesa de comedor , sofá ,mucho olor a tabaco, el suelo y el baño con muchos pelos y hacia falta una buena fregona
