1. Qualitätskontrolle war schlecht: Lampe (nicht Glühbirne) kaputt, Warmwasser-Boiler defekt, so dass kein Warm-Duschen möglich war, Gardinenhalterung herausgebrochen. 2. Nur die Gardinenhalterung konnte während meines Aufenthalts (7 Tage) repariert werden. 3. Die Möblierung ist spartanisch: Leselampe im Wohnzimmer fehlt, Tisch vor der Couch fehlt für Buch und Glas, nur eine Nachttischlampe. 4. Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer anfänglich nur über KI-Agent

Merkez tren istasyonuna çok yakın ve çevresinde marketler ve restoranlar olması nedeni ile çok rahat ettik. Giriş işlemleri kolaydı. Gezilecek yerlere yürüme mesafesindeydi. Her açıdan rahat ve kullanışlı bir konaklama seçeneği idi. Ev sahiplerine çok teşekkür ediyoruz.

Close to public transport and underground stations, the apartment is pretty large

Located close to the university, Karlsplatz and with a metro station within 3 min walk. Comfortable mattress. Fully equipped

We booked the apartment because it was close to our conference centre. However, the address indicated in booking and the real address were not the same, and therefore we had extra 10 min walk. When we arrived the door was closed. When I called they could only send us to a new apartment for the night in the other side of town. We were only able to enter because the owner of the shop let us through the back of his restaurant. The building is old and very very very dirty. I doubt anyone has cleaned it in the last century. If I had been alone I would have booked another apartment. Once inside, when we sat on the bed one of the legs broke down. We had to hold the bed with a trashcan from the toilet and they told us they would not fix it so we could leave the apartment earlier, but no compensation given. The personal took hours and hours to respond. We had asked in advance for the bed and the couch to be prepared. The gave us some linen and asked us to dress the sofa - bed.
