一棟貸しの移住案内古民家　itoma

整備された古民家ですが、木造の温かみや雰囲気が素晴らしいです。家電も揃っていて、とりあえず服さえ持っていけば暮らせてしまうほど。清潔で細かい気遣いも随所にあります。空港から遠く他に宿泊施設も乏しいため観光客が少なく、徒歩1分のビーチを一人占めしてました。

ほんとに些細なことですが洗濯用の柔軟剤とポン酢とマヨネーズがあれば...本気の自炊をするには調味料が少なめ

Very helpful host, well equipped cabin, great smart tv Netflix ready, comfortable and quiet. Fun little lunch truck came through.

なんといってもロケーションが最高過ぎる。 建物も、サービス製品に溢れた設備・備品も良いし、なにより清潔。水回りも完璧。 都会感やラグジュアリー感とかホテルでの食事とか、そういうのが欲しい人には当然向かない。 逆に閑静な田舎町、静かなビーチ、空を満たす星々と潮騒。そういったものが好きな人なら最高だと思う。 次はぜったい連泊したい。

お布団だけちょっと汚れが気になった。別に不潔だったわけではないけれど、シーツにシミがあったんだよね。 あ、歯ブラシや髭剃りはサービスだった方がいいかも。でもそれだけ。

The place is a gem, Toto, the owner has put something together really cozy and practical. I give everything 10 points. The place was spotless, cozy and there is the perfect combination with traditional and high tech There is Alexa, smart tv, modern appliances. One of the best places we have been in 6 weeks from our 11 week Japan tour. @@@ There is a reason why I give the place a low score. See the second part.

We only booked 2 nights. The first night was perfect. On the second night, at 2 AM we heard some noise. I thought something fell down, but luckily my husband was not so sure. Then he found out that we had a big rat in the kitchen. My husband noticed that she was trapped and he took the chance to knock her down with a paddle. For me it was so disgusting that I could not even look at it. I thought though that t was a mouse. @@@ In the morning, my husband got thongs and threw it out of the window. He took a picture and I was speechless. It was a very big rat! @@@ Lucky she was caught. Imagine we sleep on the futons and we have a monster rat running around. We also heard the sound of another rat on the roof. We notified Toto that he came immediately to dispose the rat and cleaned a few items. He said that rats are protected in Amami. I looked up and there is a certain type of rat that is protected, byt not the one we found in the house @@@ Sorry Toto you need to do something about it. You allow small children at your place and rats bring diseases.
