Overall was a great place to stay. only bit pricey, but really worth with the rooms, facilities and locations/

Bit difficult to register and pay again with the agent there, as they said our order with booking.com not for payment. so we have to pay there directly.

Great location and a warm, comfortable stay, with electric blankets on all the beds and plenty of hot water. It would also be a great spot for stargazing, though unfortunately it was cloudy during our stay. It was nice and quiet that night.

The key collection was not easy and it was confusing. The reception is a residential house with multiple entrances and there was no clear signage for the property or check-in. We had to look for the street number to figure out where to go. No one was there when we arrived, so we had to call the host and wait for someone to come. The staff were friendly, though, and the cute cat kept us company while we waited. I wasn’t too unhappy with the experience(because of the cat) but the check-in process could definitely be improved. If the check-in information states that check-in is available from 3pm to 6pm, it would be helpful to have someone there during those hours. The kitchen was also lacking in cooking utensils, and most of the pots were scratched and looked quite old, leaving us with only the small pot to cook with. Replacing the worn-out cookware would be a good improvement. It would also be good to clearly mention that the drying function on the washing machine is not working.

We stayed on a long weekend for one night. It had snowed and access to the unit was difficult through the snow and ice. There was a blackout the night we stayed. We had to go to an office to pay before details of property were supplied. This was hard in the snow and the manager was not at home. She came after 9pm requesting payment.
