The room is perfect
The pool should have hot water
Also should be flexible for check in and out since bali is tourist destination some times flight delay or cancellation

The staff was very helpfull and always available. The shuttle to Seminyak was also very helpful. Easy ordering food whether through the villa or through GoFood. Near to the Kerobokan area to look for furnitures.
Still require a car or motorbike to get around. Walking in the area with all the traffic is not that comfortable. Very different to the North West of Bali where walking around is much more comfortable.

Super relaxing privacy with the loveliest staff who bring breakfast to the room. Massages very good too.

The staff were extremely helpful and room service was great and breakfast was good although the staff were confused with our order having it in the restaurant rather than in our villa and the breakfast served got cold on the last day of our stay.
The water pressure in the shower was really low almost dripping from the shower head and it took us longer than usual to have a good shower with a hair wash and scrub after getting out of the pool. We had to report the matter to reception twice and on both the occasions it was remedied for a short period and would repeat on the next day, that was quite annoying that it took us time to get ready for our daily trip out and about in Bali.
