Erg Chigaga Camp Tours

We booked a 2 day tour from M'Hamid to Erg Chigaga. We aked for extension of the offered 1 day tour via Mail. It was amazing. Transport by 4x4 through the desert to Camp. At Camp lovely and plentyfull food. Sanddunes straight behind the tent. We went on our own through the desert to watch the sunset and sunrise in the dunes. Camel or 4x4 is also possible from camp to go in the desert. Using the available sandboards to ride down the dunes was a lot of fun. Staff and guides are local people. They are like a family together. Very polite and are caring a lot for the guests. At the evening we all sit together around the campfire and they played and were singing traditional sahara music under the stars. We liked a lot our guide Aziz such a nice local person. Interested in showing us the desert/surrondings and very experienced driving the 4x4 through the sand tracks. We visited Lake Iriki which was full of water due to the heavy rainfalls a few days ago. Had Lunch afterwards in the wide landscape of the desert under a tree and a member of the staff was playing the guitar. We are thankful for the vsisit of this special place and their nice people.

Amazing camp in erg chigaga , the host was so nice and friendly , Aziz was a good driver and I spend a beautiful night in that camp , I had a camel ride for sunset and food was excellent .
