Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr gut: Sie ist im Zentrum von Dinard, jedoch ruhig gelegen (in einer Wohngegend, nicht in der Nähe von Hotels) und bis zum Strand geht man ca. 7 Minuten. Obwohl es tagsüber sehr heiß war, blieb die Temperatur in der Wohnung angenehm. Der nächste Supermarkt ist ca. 5 Minuten entfernt (zu Fuß). Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist für Dinard sehr gut. Bis zur Bushaltestelle sind es ca. 7 MInuten.
In der Beschreibung steht, dass es einen Balkon gibt. Dieser ist jedoch so schmal, dass man nicht darauf stehen kann.
