Gode fasiliteter. Perfekt beliggenhet i gamlebyen med kort avstand til strand. Godt utstyrt kjøkken. Rent. Ligger i sentrum, men rolig - hører lite inn. Verten var fleksibel og ga tydelige innsjekkingsinstruksjoner.
Trappene opp til leiligheten er svært smale og bratte, som det sannsynligvis er på mange eldre bygg i området. Det er en loftsleilighet, enkelte partier har lav takhøyde. Internett fungerer kun ved kjøkkenområdet.

Sehr zentrale und saubere Unterkunft mit allem was es braucht. Es ist geräumig und auch wenn es inmitten der Stadt liegt, ist es sehr ruhig.
Der Geruch aus dem Abfluss ist extrem und kommt immer wieder in Wellen. Die Treppen in den ca. 3. Stock sind sehr steil und die Tritte zum Teil schmal. Für ältere Personen oder Leute, die nicht so gut zu Fuss sind sowie mir viel Gepäck ist es nicht zu empfehlen.

Liebevolle Ausstattung in zentraler Altstadtlage.
Leider scheint es ein Konstruktionsproblem beim Abwasser zu geben, so dass es regelmäßig stark nach Kanalisation in der Wohnung, insbesondere im offenen Schlaf-/Badbereich, gerochen hat und man morgens mit den üblen Gerüchen geweckt wurde. Der Vermieter gab nach Rückmeldung an, das Problem zu verstehen und zukünftig lösen zu wollen. Wenn das Problem behoben ist oder man kein Problem mit strengen Gerüchen hat, eine schöne Wohnung, ansonsten nicht zu empfehlen.
