Logement spacieux très bien situé en plein centre mais au calme et avec un parking
L’accès par un escalier un peu raide . Le canapé et les sièges du séjour ne sont pas très confortables pour qui a mal au dos. En revanche les couchages sont bons . Le réglage de l’eau chaude est difficile : t et op chaud ou trop frais .

L'appartement est situé à côté de la Place Travot en plein centre de Cholet. Une place de parking fermée est mise à disposition. L'appartement est très grand (pour 4 personnes). Literie de qualité. Appartement très bien équipé. Le propriétaire habite à côté en cas de question ou demandes il réagit rapidement. Rue calme.

François prend bien soin de ses hotes et il est toujours disponible. Le rendez vous a été convenu en avance pour la remise des clés. L'appartement est propre et plein de charme à deux pas du centre ville de Cholet.
