Excellent communication with very clear checkin directions The flat is very clean and well equipped It is close to shops and a nice Italian restaurant and ASDA We didn’t use the car parking Good security in the complex The washing machine is fabulous and we used the drying rack for our laundry
A couple of face washers would be handy

Beds were a bit small could do with carpets changing in both bedrooms.
