I had an excellent 45‑day stay in this apartment. It was fully equipped with all household necessities, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the kitchen was completely furnished with everything needed. The apartment’s location in the heart of the city center made access to all services very convenient. A special thanks to the customer service team, especially Kevin and Jestine, for their constant communication and for promptly meeting all our needs.

Extremely well decorated, good amenities and very spacious- really enjoyed our stay perfect for big groups, there’s lots of bars near by and a super short walk to the centre also good location for concerts which is what we did :)

It’s most likely due to us buying the apartment an hour before we arrive but we struggled to get the key from the collection point in the shop and spent a while having to sort that out but it was well resolved by a lovely man on the phone and nice cleaning lady who ended up giving it to us :)

The property is decorated very tastefully, classic and simple. I was worried about some of the bad reviews and yes there is a little bit of wear and tear from renting the property out to different guests however it was perfect! Had everything we needed ample bowls plates and glasses. Set over 2 floors it is very spacious and a comfortable stay. We found check in super easy and the instructions were spot on. We would definitely stay again.

Maybe a few extra hand towels and sachets of milk to go with the coffee pods however I’m really clutching at straws here
