Yatulau Hotel and Conference

As a solo traveler my recent stay at this hotel was highly enjoyable and offered excellent value for money (Note* I’ve visited your hotel many times hoping it has changed/upgraded In the past years). The property provides a comfortable environment, and the highlight of our experience was undoubtedly the lovely support staff, who were consistently welcoming, attentive, and helpful throughout our visit. While i had a very pleasant experience, there are a few key areas regarding the room amenities that need to be addressed to truly elevate the guest experience: • In-Room Entertainment: The current televisions are outdated. Upgrading to the latest smart TVs would be a major improvement, giving guests the flexibility to log into their own streaming services like Netflix and YouTube, alongside standard TV channels. • Wi-Fi Connectivity: The wireless internet connection needs enhancement. The Wi-Fi signal coverage should be strengthened to ensure a stable, high-speed connection that consistently covers all areas of the property, including all guest rooms. • Hot Water System: The hot water reliability needs attention. It is crucial to ensure that the hot water system functions flawlessly and consistently reaches a comfortably hot temperature for all guests. This hotel has so much potential. If management invests in these electronic and infrastructure upgrades, it will drastically improve overall customer satisfaction and perfectly complement the stellar service provided by the team. I would gladly return once these modern touches are in place! Will also be available to offer my help in reviewing and improving customer experience.

It took three days before I was finally moved to another room because the hot water was not working. I reported the issue on the first night, but unfortunately, no one followed up with me. I had to contact the staff more than five times before any action was taken, which was quite disappointing and inconvenient. On the positive side, the hotel is conveniently located close to the city center, making it easy to get around and access nearby places.

A really enjoyable stay with excellent value for money. The location was convenient, everything was clean and well maintained, and the facilities met a high standard. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout, making the overall experience comfortable and straightforward. I’d highly recommend it.

The deluxe room we stsyed was ok with facilities but needed bit of cleaning up of washroom and batbathroarea.Good location but some rooms really need a upgrade.
