We had a great holidays and will be back in the future for sure.

The property is beautifully situated, cascading down the hill. Restaurants shops are at walking distance – 15-20 minutes, ski slopes 5 min walk. Staff is helpful, friendly and very responsive. Good spa. Apartment itself is modern and comfortable designed in the Alps style. Equipped with all you need to have rest after skiing. We recommend especially the apartment with the jacuzzi located on the terrace - very relaxing after skiing.

The only inconvenience is the height of the underground parking lot. If you're traveling in an SUV with a roof rack, parking may be a problem. There's no alternative outdoor parking.

Pricy location for a poor customer service

We got stuck outside of our flat at 10pm with our 2 kids due to poor locking system! No one at reception nor emergency number to call. We miraculously found the business card of the maintenance manager who came in 20minutes to help us. Amazing guy! But No commercial gesture from the management, who dared asking us “what we wanted” one day later when WE came to report the problem. We asked for apologies at least…but how shocking she did not think by herself what to do/how to apologise to customers! Super disappointing for a luxury property!

Top class development. High specification interiors. Comfortable beds. Luxurious interiors. Spacious parking.

Pool opening hours were 10-7. This doesn't work for those who travel to maximise their outdoor time in the mountains.

The apartment, the location, the reception staff

The exit door of the garage didn’t work, but this was probably just a teething problem as the building is so new. However One of the Falcon Residences drivers was unprofessional in his dealings with us, in relation to parking out front of the building to pick up our group in the morning and also placing a sticker on the driver’s windscreen when we had been instructed to park there by reception staff when the garage door entrance was blocked by a delivery lorry!

Weinig ruimte buiten.. weinig zitplaatsen op balkon en vieze jacuzzi . De ontvangst bij de receptie was moeilijk te vinden

Iedere slaapkamer heeft een eigen badkamer.

Kleine balkons, te weinig buiten meubilair. We haddden 8 persoons appartement en maar 4 buiten stoelen.

Superbe appartement de montagne pour l'été

Belle résidence assez récente. L'appartement que nous avons réservé était très haut de gamme avec des équipements de marque et une literie d'une grande qualité (professionnelle) et d'un confort absolu. La situation géographique est parfaite avec deux beaux balcons permettant de s'installer confortablement à l'extérieur. Notre appartement était situé à proximité des garages, ce qui n'est pas négligeable vu le labyrinthe des couloirs et le nombre d'ascenseurs différents pour accéder à la réception. Il y a deux bornes de recharge 22 kw dans chaque parking (P1 et P2), ce qui est un plus indéniable (Réseau Freshmile). Hammam de qualité et chaud.

Les grands couloirs à traverser et les nombreux ascenseurs à prendre pour accéder à la réception, au local des skis ou au spa (un vrai labyrinthe mais plutôt bien fléché). Petite piscine (un peu fraîche) qui peut être assez vite prise d'assaut en fin de journée.

Erg mooi apartement, van alle gemakken voorzien.

In zo'n appartement had ik graag een iets groter bed gehad. 160 breed mag dan voor veel fransen normaal zijn. Wij vinden het smal.

Heerlijke familie chalet appartement maar wel stevig aan de prijs

Mooie ruime woonkamer in chalet zeer comfortabel voor het hele gezin, fijn buitenterras, skiverhuur in lodge was top en aardig personeel dat (tegen extra betaling) dagelijkse transfers naar liften, boodschappen en eetgelegenheden verzorgde

Erg duur Wbt prijs kwaliteit verhouding, de faciliteiten in algemene zin en de kwaliteit van het chalet is goed maar niet exceptioneel terwijl het zeker 2x duurder is dan vergelijkbare chalets in Oostenrijk, verder viel op dat een aantal basis faciliteiten die je in deze categorie mag verwachten ondermaats was; geen audio/geluidssystemen, zeer beperkte keuken voorzieningen (nauwelijks pannen, theedoeken, schoonmaakmiddelen); voor transferservice (die op zich erg goed was) moet extra betaald worden; er wordt slechts één keer schoongemaakt gedurende een week verblijf;
