Seashore Waikiki studio 1 block from a beach No Resort Fees

The studio on the 4th floor was comfortable and had luxurious elements like ambient lighting and bronze hardware. The balcony is a plus and there is a big tree outside where you can observe tropical birds flying around. The electric stovetop and kitchen were very useful and the property owner responded quickly in case there were any questions. The best way to communicate with the host is via messenger. There is also a building manager during the week days who is very friendly and goes above and beyond to answer any inquiries.

Waikiki neighborhood is busy with many tourists, cell towers, restaurants, etc. After all Honolulu is a state capital, so expect more activity. However everything becomes quiet at night and the beautiful island energy balances the manmade elements out. This location is definitely worth a visit.

距離Waikiki海灘步行只需1分鐘，附近賣場很多採買方便。 小廚房設備齊全很方便煮食，浴室備品也很充足，另外房內附有很足量的咖啡膠囊。 一樓有便宜的洗/烘衣機(分別2美金/次)，對自助旅行者來說很方便。

浴室浴缸的排水不好，大約淋浴一分鐘左右就會變小泳池了。 樓層走廊上以及某一台電梯裡的燈壞了，直到我們離開(大約七天)好像都沒有人修理。 一樓車庫旁的洗/烘衣空間入口有時晚上會有遊民，使用時可能要注意一下。 附近沒有太多平價的停車選擇。
