Funkcjonalny apartament w sam raz dla rodziny. Blisko centrum miasta a wartość dodaną stanowi cicha i spokojna okolica.

Wyposażenie w kuchni w łazience, jest wszystko a nawet więcej niż potrzeba na parę dni. Naczynia, przyprawy, herbaty, kosmetyki itd. Stary lokal ale szybko się nagrzewa więc zima przy -15 było szybko ciepło.
Duże rozczarowanie estetyka i jakością wnętrza. Zdjęcia na stronie są nieaktualne. Smród kanalizacyjny z łazienki. Kiepskiej jakości materace. Niedziałający tv w sypialni. Małe sypialnie oddzielona cienką ścianą przez którą wszystko słychać. Generalnie wrażenie że mieszkanie zrobione tak żeby na zdjęciach było ładnie ale w rzeczywistości odbiega na tyle że cena wynajmu zawyżona o połowę. Okolica nieciekawa, parking płatny.
