Bright airy comfy quaint spic and clean apartment. An abundance of bars and restaurants situated on the lower 2 floors of the apartment blocks. Very vibrant area. There is a pool area and a children's play area. Great for families. Ample parking outside around the building as well as a public parking area just beside the block. Very good communication with owner.
The public area that leads to the bock entrance needs a revamp but that is obviously not reflective of the apartment. Some bad smells coming from outside drains .
