Location location location! And pet friendly.
Older property, as a majority of properties are in Sunriver. So the 2nd story was noisy, you can hear everything. Mattresses and pillows could be replaced,

Location was excellent. Beds are comfortable. Kitchen has lots of plates/cups/kitchen tools/pans, etc. Lots of bikes.
Nobody liked the door locks. Sort of rough and tough to lock with the keys. Key's fall off the keychain. Horrible position of fridge in relation to the front door.

We had a fantastic family vacation at the Hideout, the house was perfect for us, very roomy, nice kitchen, wonderful deck to relax. The beds were so comfy, nice ac, and tv in each room. We were so close to the Sunriver village shopping center. We rode bikes all around the trails, and the swimming at Sharc was the cherry on top! Very grateful to our hosts, thank you so much! The Compton family. Till next time....
