The apartment was ok but you could tell it lacked some “love”.

There were towel hangers missing in the bathroom. In the morning we wanted to make some coffee and the coffee mugs were dirty and you could still see the use from the last visitors. The walls very empty and the apartment looked pretty “dead”

Clean, new building, needs bathroom towel racks and hooks, outskirts, low ceiling in the attic

No towels racks or hooks in the bathroom, so you have no place to keep the towel after you take a shower or wash your hands, no night lamps on the night stands in the bedroom, room in the attic with low ceiling, I am not that tall and I bumped my head twice, tiny sofa in the living room, bed too small for 2 people for our case.

4th visit but not the last for sure

We just completed our 4th stay here and I am more that sure that this is the only place we will ever book when traveling to Timisoara. The hosts are amazing and always open to help if you have a certain request. On our last stay, I asked if they can change the room for a particular reason and they were spot on with delivering a quick rebook. Unfortunately our Timisoara visits are not for pleasure but this place makes it easier to travel and feel like home.

The building is located in a field in process of development. To reach the city you need to have personal car or use Uber.

Apartman je u novoj zgradi, sa novim nameštajem. Laka prijava i odjava.

Higijena je na vrlo upitnom nivou. Pod nije bio dobro očišćen, veoma vidljive fleke na ugaonoj garnituri, kao i prljavi zidovi. Nalazili smo zgužvane maramice iza TV police, parice ispod ležaja u spavaćoj sobi, što znači da je samo ovlaš očišćeno. Šta onda da pomislim kako je oribano kupatilo u kojem su boravila moja deca? Šteta jer je apartman lep, samo treba poraditi na higijeni. Takođe, nema dovoljno kuhinjskog posuđa, samo jedan tiganj u kom je moglo nešto da se sprema, a i on je bio neupotrebljiv iz higijenskih razloga.

Mini odmor

Apartman je nov, toplo je, malo je dalje od centra, ali ako ste kolima, onda je lakse, cak i prevoz funkcioniše sjajno. Komunikacija sa vlasnikom je sjajna i jednostavna. Cak smo i pomerali termin i nije bilo nikakvih problema

Moglo bi da bude čistije i sa malo vise sadržaja. Na slikama ima ketler, koji je pun kamenca, aparat za kafu, bez kafe. Sudovi su prilično prljavi. Nema osnovnih stvari u kuhinji, tipa malo šećera, soli, ulja, kafe. Bas, bas nista.

Ciste sobe svaki dan, soba je bila prelepa i kreveti su jako udobni, i iznenadili smo se sto je u iz bara sve bilo besplatno!

In poze una in realitate alta!Eu nu am primit aparatul din poze am primit altul la masarda mai exact ap 14 o camera de garsoniera nu apartament!In 3 ore cat am stat mi-am facut sosetele negre din albe,doua pahare cu picior din care unul crapat o canapea minuscula de o persoana jumatate si toata patata,tv abea se misca …nu are a mai mica legatura cu locatia cu pozele de pe site!

Veľmi prijemne ubytovanie, v novej lokalite, vybavenie bolo úplne nove a čisté. Parkovanie priamo pri vchode .

Nevýhoda že bolo na 3 poschodí bez výťahu, takze bolo potrebné vyniesť batožinu na 3 poschodie. Izba bola podkrovná a plafon nád hlavou bol trosku znížený

Plăcut, de revenit!

Curat, bine amenajat - genul de călătorie “a la long”, te poți simți ca acasă, cu mici excepții.

Lipsa telecomenzii A/C, deși aparatul există. Termostatul blocat la 25 grade (maxim), ce-i drept, a fost cam răcoare peste noapte, dar a compensat totul cu o pilotă calitativă. Am stat la mansardă și pe undeva se cam simțea răcoare încât mi-a fost teamă să nu răcesc. A doua zi m-am trezit cu un mic disconfort. Cel mai probabil sunt obișnuit cu temperaturi mai ridicate. Fiind încălzire prin pardoseală, timpul în care urma să se încălzească era de durată.

Sasvim pristojno za boravak u mirnijem delu na obodu grada

Zgrada je nova, apartman izuzetno lep i čist. Preuzimanje ključeva je bilo sasvim jednostavno nakon što je vlasnik obezbedio instrukcije. Boravak sasvim prijatan u mirnom delu na obodu grada.

Lokacija je malo nezgodna za pronalaženje i iako je zgrada nova, deo puta još uvek nije asfaltiran. Svakako to nije do vlasnika stana, jer je u pitanju neki novi deo naselja koji treba da se reši infrastrukturno.

Apartamentul curat, modern.

Drumul de acces infernal! Daca ai mașină joasa, esti pierdut. Pentru a ajunge la locatie, ai nevoie de mașină de teren. Gropi pline de apă, lacuri, de-a dreptul, pe distante considerabile....horror Am rezervat pentru 4 persoane, dar tot ce era la bucatarie, era pentru 3. 3 pahare, 3 linguri, 3 furculite... Pe viitor, vom evita locatia, nu recomand!
