Wygodne mieszkanie bardzo blisko dworca kolejowego i niedaleko od starego miasta. Wszystko zgodnie z opisem, jest cicho i spokojnie, okna wychodzą na podwórze, nie słychać hałasu ulicznego. Dzięki klimatyzacji i windzie lokalizacja na ostatnim piętrze nie stanowi problemu. Sam budynek wraz z obejściem zadbany i czysty. Dobry kontakt z gospodarzem. Łóżka wygodne, zarówno w sypialni jak również rozkładana kanapa.

La posizione della struttura è perfetta a due passi la stazione dei bus e sotto casa la fermata del bus e filobus. Vicinissima al centro e in 20 Min si raggiunge l'aeroporto. Perfetta per chi non noleggia l'auto.
Lo stanzino wc è piccolo, angusto e non c'è spazio per muoversi, se si tiene chiusa la porta si avverte un cattivo odore che esce dal minuscolo lavandino. Le pulizie andrebbero fatte in modo più accurato.

Комуникативно място и тишина в апартамента.
Имаше мравки. Мивката в тоалетната течеше. Тоалетната е монтирана накриво. Мивката в кухнята се клатеше. Осветлението в банята трудно се включваше. Няма телевизор. Нямаше комарници, което прави проветрението на стаите невъзможно. Имаше прах под леглото и на щорите. Би било добре собственикът да помисли по въпроса да остави няколко капсули кафе.
