LA CASA DEL CABLE -Atractivo Único Apartamento Sector Cable

I'd give this place an 8.75. This place has a great location and a wonderful view of the city. Everything was clean. The washer worked well. The appliances were great. It had all the basics covered at a high level. These folks were also easy to deal with which was refreshing as I had a bad experience with another booking which is how I ended up at this property. The bed was comfortable for a person over 6 feet. This place is close to everything. You can be at the El Cable mall in 5 minutes. There is also a nice grocery store in the mall. There are some small restaurants 2 minutes away including a 24/7 market restaraunt. I liked the energetic vibe of this neighborhood in comparison to Palermo or Ave Santander. It's kind of in the middle as you are close to everything but things quiet down at night.

These aren't deal breakers but there were a few things. The unit is on an inner corner near ave Santander so you get some foot traffic and cars coming by on the sidewalk near the front window. A second blind (blackout) in the front window can add a little privacy and keep the lights out at night. As the unit is near Ave Santander there is a some noise from motorcycles, reving cars and horns. However, this is outweighed by the convience of only having one small hill to climb to be on the Ave Santander. The only other thing is there are multiple units so its easy to get mixed up with which unit you are renting if you are trying to explain it to someone.

Muy organizado el apartamento, con buen mobiliario, muy atentos en todo lo que necesitamos. Super bien ubicado y nos apoyaron con el parqueadero. Super recomendado.

Un lugar hermoso, cómodo y sobre todo muy seguro

El sitio es súper acogedor, la ubicación es excelente y todo muy tranquilo, hay muchos lugares cercanos donde se puede ir, el apartamento es muy lindo y limpio es tal cual como está en las fotos, la señora Sandra estuvo pendiente y fue muy amable ..Volvería nuevamente
