Barulho dos demais hóspedes, especialmente se ficar no quarto próximo ao banheiro coletivo. Porta barulhenta se a pessoa não tiver a mão leve.

Local limpo, confortável, quarto fresquinho, ar condicionado funciona perfeitamente e a comodidade de ter uma cozinha toda equipada pra você fazer suas principais refeições! Além de ter uma localização espetacular! Meg é um amor de anfitriã. ♥️

The place has airconditioning and the kitchen facilities are good with everything one needs. The space was clean.

The room was next to the street which was very noisy day and night. The host, although friendly, kept complaining about other guests behaviors. The bathroom needed to be shared among three rooms. The place have no reception, so one have to call the host to be given access to the property upon arrival while waiting on the street. Every room is given a control to unlock the gate, which is good in terms of safety but bad in terms of noise, because there's a loud buzz everytime one looks/unlocks the gate, making very annoying for those staying in the rooms close to the gate
