Spacious 3bd Villa - Family-Friendly & Central Location

Perfect for our family of 5. Communication with staff was excellent throughout our entire stay and the kids enjoyed swimming.

このヴィラの清掃スタッフの女性がとても感じの良い方でした。また、急な延泊の件などで、ヴィラのマネージャーが駆けつけて、次の宿の件などの手配もして助けてくださいました。宿を出た後にも、他のヴィラへの要請をしてくださっていたので、次のヴィラでも快適に過ごすことができました。このマネージャーは真面目で誠実な感じがしていて信頼ができる感じのする方で、金銭を扱うこういう施設にとって宝だと、ヴィラのオーナーの方に伝えたいと思います。 良くなかった点で、チェックアウト時に他のお客さんがいてなかなか入れず待たされて困ったことを書きましたが、とはいえ、このことも、バリという土地柄がのんびりしていて、そういうことも急がせないんだろうな、と思うと、良い点とも思えるので、こちらにそのことを書き記します（とはいえ、わたしはそんなバリであってもきちんとチェックアウト時間に退出をしていましたが） The cleaning staff at this villa was very pleasant. Also, when we had to extend our stay on short notice, the villa manager rushed over, helped us with the arrangements, and even made requests to the next villa after we checked out, which allowed us to enjoy a comfortable stay there as well. The manager struck me as a sincere and trustworthy person, and I would like to convey to the villa’s owner that someone like him is truly a treasure—especially for a place like this, where handling money and maintaining trust is so important. As for areas that were less convenient, I mentioned that during checkout we were kept waiting because other guests were ahead of us. However, considering the relaxed nature of Bali, where people don’t tend to rush such things, I can also see this as a positive aspect. (That said, I always made sure to vacate the villa on time at checkout, even in Bali.)

熱いシャワーが出ないのは改善をして欲しいです。温度が低すぎて、わたしは浴びることができませんでした。 ヴィラ側の都合で連絡手段がWhat's Upしかなかった点は改善の余地があると思います。（国によってはWhat's Upはポピュラーなものではありません）ただチェックイン時に他のお客さまがまだいらしていて、なかなか入れなかったことは、私たちを少し困らせました。私たちは疲れていて、早くチェックインをして、のんびりしたかったからです。でもこれも、チェックアウトを急がせない、大らかさ・のんびりさゆえなのだろうな、とは思うので、そのことを良い点の方にも補足として記しました。 I would like to see an improvement in the shower temperature. It was too cold for me to use, which was very disappointing. Also, I think there is room for improvement in the fact that the villa could only be contacted through WhatsApp. (In some countries, WhatsApp is not widely used.) At check-in, too, we had to wait because other guests had not yet departed, which was a bit troublesome for us since we were tired and just wanted to settle in and relax. Still, I recognize that this too reflects the easygoing, unhurried spirit of Bali, so I included it as a positive point as well.

Yes. The house is very big and spacious. The kitchen stuff is complete. They have car park inside the house

The pool doesn’t look clean enough.

Villa Turkiz was beautiful and well equipped. The living space was very spacious with plenty of room for kids to play on rainy days. The bedding and sofas were comfortable and the AC was cold. Mertanadi is a very convenient place to stay if you want to get around Bali, it’s just far enough away from where the traffic gets bad but close enough to all the good stuff. The villa is on a small private dead end road so there’s no traffic and there’s a field behind it so no noise. You can walk to the end of the street and there are plenty of option to eat. The staff were kind and kept the place spotless
