The property is just like the pictures. It’s a really beautiful space and the garden and pool area is really a huge value add. Rooms are perfectly lovely as are the bathrooms.

CHECK OUT ISSUES: 1. Post check out treatment: After check out I was contacted by the manager of the property accusing me of a number of things that were untrue. Accused of having parties and too many guests staying simply because we had too much trash. During our stay we only used disposable cutlery and plates etc so we did not have to wash up. This was the cause of the trash. We are a family with small children and older grandparents so trust me no parties were being held. 2. We were also accused of leaving the house in a mess, a check out video we took showed otherwise. 3. Cleaning staff during our stay: the cleaning staff recommended during our stay were not very good. They did an extremely superficial clean which landed up with some of our items being left inside the bed after being made. 4. Accusations of small snags to property were also an issue, not that a small chip in a door could have occurred at any point in time. No evidence to show the chip was not there before we checked in was provided. If I’m honest this was all petty. HOUSE ISSUES: 1. There are only two bathrooms not three as stipulated on the listing. Upstairs are 4 bedrooms, one en suite and the other 3 bedrooms have to share a bathroom. The “third” bathroom mentioned is merely a guest toilet downstairs that only has a toilet and sink. 3 bedrooms sharing one bathroom is simply too many. 2. In the main bedroom there in nowhere for guests to unpack hanging clothing. Only a few drawers to use. LOCATION: The location of the property was OK. A 10 min drive from the beach and about a 30-40 minute walk. The check out issues were a real dampener on our stay especially cause none of the accusations were founded. Would not recommend staying here because of that.
