L'apt a un emplacement idéal avec vue sur la mer et coucher de soleil avec un balcon spacieux. La propreté est parfaite et l'équipement aussi. La résidence est d'un excellent standing. Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt.
Die Lage direkt am Strand ist toll. Der Ausblick vom Balkon ist sehr schön. Der Balkon ist auch schön groß. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet, man hatte alles was man braucht. Die Wohnung ist für 2 Personen sehr gut geeignet.
Der Geruch der Wohnung. In der Nachbarschaft wird geraucht und jedesmal wenn man in die Wohnung rein kommt, roch es nach Zigaretten.

Aussicht vom Balkon und direkter Zugang zum Strand Küche gut ausgestattet
Komplizierte Schlüsselübergabe mit zuständiger Mitarbeiterin vor Ort, mühsame Terminkoordination zur Schlüsselübergabe Steriles Interieur Teilweise kaputte Möbel (Schranktür im Schlafzimmer defekt, dafür Haare und Sportsocken vorangehender Gäste gefunden) Auf Geruch nach kaltem Zigrettenrauch im Treppenhaus bereits vorgewarnt gewesen durch vorherige Bewertungen- trotzdem unangenehm

Nahezu direkt am langen Sandstrand. Privater, abgeschlossener Parkplatz. Eine sehr schöne und moderne Wohnung. Tolle, sehr gut ausgestattete Küche und tolle Dusche.
Treppenhaus, Lift hinkt da deutlich hinterher. WLAN ziemlich schlecht. Die Jalousie im Schlafzimmer lässt sich nur gleichzeitig mit der im Wohnzimmer bedienen. Nicht gut, zumal es sich um die Südseite handelt. Sehr wenig Schrank für Kleidung. Müllentsorgung problematisch, da sie dezentral erfolgen muss. Nicht in Hausnähe. Man fährt dann also erst mal mit dem Hausmüll durch die Gegend bis zu einer Entsorgungsstelle. Für uns sehr ungewöhnlich. Wirklich ärgerlich war, daß der Kontakt zur Local Representative sehr schwierig war. Obwohl großer Wert darauf gelegt wurde, daß wir pünktlich sind, war sie es nicht, bzw. ist gar nicht gekommen. Sowohl bei der An- als auch der Abreise. Kontaktaufnahme war dann auch kaum möglich. Hat den an sich positiven Eindruck deutlich geschmälert.
