Hotel needs to up there game to compete with other hotels in the area

Decent swimming pools and sun lounges.

Rooms cleaned every day but bedding only changed the night before we left after 9 days, booked half board but only ate breakfast as food was cold in the evenings other guests on all inclusive complained.

great value for money, if buffet is included you can enjoy it a lot

great value for money (we went on October), a lot of different type of foods available in the restaurant buffet with moderate or even good quality, table tennis, gym is simple but functional, two pools but we never used them, location is good. They lend us adapter for 5 euros deposit, some other hotels only sell them. They gave us complementary wifi for free, but to be honest, you cannot charge extra for wifi in 2025. The wifi was not great.

Some staff looks like they are not well compensated for their job, which is a pity. Careful when using public transport in Cyprus, every single bus driver will try to ruin your stay in the country. All infrastructure is a bit out of date.

Good location, rooms just ok..

Good location and the pool area was good.

The beds were so hard everytime you moved you could hear springs and squeaks. The pillows were lumpy and very uncomfortable. The rooms overall could do with a bit of TLC. Cracked plugs, cracked toilet, curtains hanging off at both ends and didnt fully close. Overall the rooms were a bit shabby.

The food was very good. What we had was very tasty and good variety.

They did not cater for people with intolerances or allergies. No gluten free or dairy free section. I asked for dairy free milk and was told they only had normal milk. Also we were half board and asked to buy a lunch at the bar and were told we could not order anything as it was an all Inclusive hotel and did not cater for anyone else. Never been to a hotel where I could not order anything to eat at any time!!

Overall, my stay was very disappointing and I would not recommend this hotel.

The location was convenient, but honestly, not much else stood out in a positive way.

The room was dirty, the furniture and design were outdated, the mirror was rusty, and the bath tap didn’t work properly. There was also an unpleasant incident with a staff member, and when I reported it, the manager completely ignored me even though I was told he wanted to speak with me.

Pleasant stay with good food and plenty of drinks. Pool was fab with very limited entertainment.

The location minutes away from the beach and situated moments away from a lovely strip teething with nightlife was fantastic! The location was fabulous.

Cleanliness in the rooms seemed to be an issue. Housekeepers never really performed a deep clean and we had long black hair on our bathroom and bedroom floor the entire time. Both of us had short blonde hair so it wasn’t ours. Cleanliness in the restaurant particularly wasn’t great also. When mentioning to the staff they said it difficult to keep on top of. But we were talking chips that were still on the floor from the previous night and spillages that weren’t cleaned which should be done at close every night. The entertainment was abysmal. One girl looked like she was held there against her will and had 0 energy and looked totally miserable. Wish there was more encouragement to get involved during the day time. The other girl was great!

Great location, right in the centre of Protaras. Variety of good quality food and drinks. The pool was big and clean.

If your younger and want to be centrally located and don’t mind noise this is ideal

Very centrally located, extensive breakfast, parking,

External Noise levels of music until 1130pm Busy hotel. The noise levels in corridor. Doors and windows and walls felt paper thin. Not enough lifts for size of hotel. Location on google maps send you to another hotel around the corner.

Great hotel for families in the heart of Protaras

Nothing!!

The restaurant smells like eggs! Even the bathroom! The service in the restaurant was not good as I did not sit on the chair yet and the waitress came to take my drink order and I asked her to take the food if possible and she pointed with her hand in an unkind way meaning go! The bathroom's bathroom is old and difficult to work, even when taking a shower the water came out into the room! The hotel is noisy and uncomfortable as the songs start at 10 am and go . The photo hotel not real , The beach is not affiliated the hotel.

A beautiful bargain

Please don’t listen to the reviews of this property. Me and my partner felt a bit worried about our holiday due to the moaning people give it in the reviews. Firstly we had the most sensational corner room with floor to ceiling windows as well as a big balcony with a sea view. The food was great for us I am a pescatarian and only struggled to find a good meal one night as that was the ‘Cyprus Night’ as each night has a theme. The fresh choices of salad at lunch on top of fresh sea bass, white fish or even just a fried fish and chips on the days when you’re hungover. The food really couldn’t have been better for the price we paid. I especially loved the pancakes and omelettes made to order at breakfast time - although could have done with one more staff member making omelettes as the queue got large some days. The location couldn’t be any better, a few minutes walk to the beach and a few mins in the other direction to the strip as well as opposite an ATM, a shop and right near a bus stop too. The pool was always clean and plenty of beds to not have to worry about reserving some early in the morning. The pool is also large in comparison to other hotels in the area. The drinks menu is extensive and shout-out to Sofia and Ahmed who work long long hours on the outside bar by the pool! Me and my partner ended up with our own customised cocktail named the Sofia special ! The cleaners - we loved them - they knew our sleeping schedule by day 3 and left our room til last ensuring they didn’t wake us up. Special shout out to Andrula, she is one of the cleaners who was super lovely. The beds were comfy and we was given an extra pillow when asked for. The bathroom was super large but did get hot. The air con was great.

I didn’t find much to dislike however : The bed was 2 singles pushed together to make a double. The hierarchy of staff and clear pay difference was obvious with the restaurant manager being a bit rude to the waiters and waitresses. The other staff who were waiters and waitresses especially the guy who puts food out each night were all lovely. The corridors could be a bit cleaner I don’t think the carpet helps. There should be an option to buy water at night time as we went down for water one night and there was no where to even purchase a water from.

We stayed for 3 nights had a great time and would definitely think about staying here again, great value for money

The pool was great no fight for Sunloungers And location just a few minutes walk to the beach, our room was a bit dated (not one of the newly renovated rooms) but our room was clean and had a lovely view of the pool. The staff was really lovely and helpful.

The air conditioner In our room wasn’t really working well, we told reception on our second day (evening) and they said someone would come in the morning to check it and they would move us if couldn’t be fixed but as that would have been our 3rd day of our 3 night stay so we didn’t bother, but they would have sorted it sooner if we had mentioned it sooner

the hotel is horrible. Renovations are strictly exterior. The interior is dirty (the window in our washroom was ready to fall, and nothing in the room was functional. Not to mention the poor service (we needed to chase them to clean our room.

I recommend this place for a vacation with children.

The hotel has a perfect location. It takes 5 minutes to get to the beach and also 5 minutes to get to the supermarket, pharmacy, the magic waters dance show, etc. The rooms were cleaned daily, and all personnel was very friendly and helpful. The air conditioning worked well. There was enough storage space in the room. The food at the restaurant was excellent! I was especially happy to find food that was appropriate for a 2-year-old at every meal. There are four pools, two of which are appropriate for toddlers. My kid had a lot of fun there! The pools were cleaned daily.

Misinformation. The booking page says that the hotel has transfer to/from the airport, but it doesn't. The hotel can call a taxi for you, and that's it. The information sheet that I was given upon arrival said that if you need to do laundry, you can leave it on your bed. In reality, you have to go to a laundry place in the nearest hotel. I don't mind any of this, but I didn't like that I was misinformed.
