Magno Apartments Alfarería - Private Parking included

Clean property, nicely decorated, in a traditional building. Relatively close to main attractions, walking distance 20-25 mins. Good selection of restaurants within 5-10mins walking distance. Underground parking, albeit narrow.

Smaller than expected. Parking can be quite stressful: the building is located on a narrow street, difficult to wait while someone reaches the flat to pick up the key for the garage. Similarly at check out. At 11am sharp the access code to the property has been disabled. It was 5 mins past and we were not able to open the door to leave the keys and then to get out of the gate, which was annoying and created a stressful situation.

Great localisation and accomodation in general. High quality of the apartment and the equipment. Close to the bistroes and cafes if needed. The apartment as such is worth recommending. Just needs specific, detailed instructions if parking is to be used.

The communications about parking was very poor. No info about the need of stopping earlier than reaching the proper address. The access to the parking needed specific procedures of blocking the signal of the gate. Very poor support of getting out of the parking zone. Improvemenst in messaging urgently needed.

Great location close to historic centre but also many good restaurants and bars. Great facilities, all in excellent conditions.

Parking is a bit tricky but I managed.

No breakfast

We got locked out of our apartment at approx 10pm We contacted the property to tell them the code was not working…you can imagine 2 seniors in there 70’s sitting on the steps late at night having to wait at least an hour for someone to let us in after our code didn’t work!! I had to pee behind a bush because we couldn’t get in and there was nothing open around us.. The washing machine did not work!! We were asked to send pictures of hose’s that would have required us to pull out the machine like we were maintenance workers.. there were no manuals orrr a booklet to let us know how things worked.. where the busses were..highlights to visit.. recommendations on restaurants.. perhaps a map of the area.. we feel you failed as a host Airbnb.. yes you offered us a discount .. but this is the only disappointment on our trip that was well planned celebrating 55 years of friendship.. we would never recommend this property..
