Great stay, we will return in March and again in September 2026.
We have stayed at this particular property 5 times now. Clean, spacious and a great location.
A minor point- we stayed the week previous to this, opting to stay in Dubai over the weekend and returned on the following Monday. The first week when we booked in and settled in the evening, the TV was in Arabic, the previous guest had actually locked the system which required his password. With no onsite representative, many phone calls and 3 hours latter we finally got the TV working. The second week we returned and the TV was now in Chinese, again the dilemma of resetting the system began, which was made more difficult when you can’t read Chinese. I had to use ChatGPT to translate, we got there in the end. May I suggest that the TV is reset after each guest departs, with English being the most common language globally. I must add, that Muhammad (Maison Privee rep) was very helpful, and supportive, but limited to assist as he was in Dubai.

Other than the fire alarm test a great stay, relaxing.
We have stayed in the same apartment 4 times now, great facility and great location in a vibrant Al Reem Islamd.
Access to the car park, delays! Fire alarm test was not displayed or communicated properly in the car park area. My wife evacuated the apartment, descended from the 32nd floor using the stairs, only to find out it was a test. The lobby displayed notices of the test, but if access from the the car park there was no notices.

Wonderful
The apartment was clean and stylished furnished. All appliances were in working order. Check-in communication with the agent was straightforward. We had a wonderful stay as the location allowed us to be close to most of the attractions in Abu Dhabi. The office space, in particular, was very handy for my girlfriend catching up with work and taking calls.
Some of the cupboards in the kitchen were loose as the hinges did not engage. Other than that, it all was perfect. Thank you
