Overall excellent value in a great location, near 2 subway lines and 2 blocks from the Duomo. Impeccably clean and clear instructions for self-service. Some minor issues, e.g. temp knob on the fridge was broken, two of the outdoor shutters werent working, and no way to lock bathrooms

The appartment is in an excellent location! Walking distance from any important great base to explore Milan. It was huge and really well spec’ed out. They even leave you washing up tablets to use the machine or dishwasher if you so wish. The bathroom was good. The shower smelled a little on arrival but opening The door and window aired it out totally - no issues! Maybe the last person who stayed didn’t use it. The code for the door didn’t arrive in my email upon check in time but I was able to get it fairly quickly via WhatsApp.

The property itself was quite nice with a kitchen and bedroom was all prepped and ready for when we arrived. The only thing that would say was that the pin key that was meant to let us into the building and apartment wasn’t working. Luckily we bumped into this really nice lady who helped us into our room and gave us a key instead. Also maybe it was just a weekend but we didn’t see anyone at reception but nonetheless great experience

Excellent location, just like the pictures. We checked in around 9 pm, realized no toilet paper , no tissue paper, no paper towel, try calling and sent emails and no one answered us until the next morning around 10:30 am just when we where checking out.

I was bitten by mosquitoes at this property. I also felt like the communication with the staff was very poor. I asked if I can check in early they did not respond. Had to wait to get the code till the minute it is available and even then it wasn’t till about 330 I got the code to get into the property. I was traveling solo so I needed accommodations and they didn’t help. Also one night the electricity went out. Not sure if that’s a usually to Milan but it was inconvenient because I couldn’t charge my phone the night before. The property it self is clean but upon arrival there was a weird smell that would not go away. I wouldn’t recommend unless you need to stay for one night.

It was very spacious !!! I loved the space and how easy it was to check in. All amenities were clean and in good condition

This was a very large one bedroom accommodation and had good air conditioning. Upon our entry into the apartment, the door handle fell off. We did call and they came to fix within 30 minutes. It appeared bright and clean, but upon further inspection, there were spilt coffee stain on the table and the soaps and shampoos were not removed from shower from prior guests. But NO bed bugs - beds were clean and comfy. There was a fan in the hallway that we moved into our room. No laundry soaps or dish soap left for usage. A great location - walkable to duomo and restaurants. Felt safe.

It is a cute, little apartment. The online check in was easy. They quickly responded to my inquiries for information while there. We booked this because it says it has 2 beds, but there was no bedding for the twin bed. They did send some over the next day after my request for them. The kitchen light wouldn't turn on, and the bathroom sink drained very slowly. A little maintenance needed.

The apartment is located on priceless point of the city but is little and has only the exact furniture that you need. Needs more mantenaince

Excellent location! Very clean. I wish they had a coffee maker. Plugs were not by desk or bed. Wi-Fi was good. Shower was small but good. Closet hangers were bizarrely high in the closet. Great coffee breakfast and lunch spots around the corner.
