    The hotel is situated in the center of the city conveniently for travel around. The only downside is he grout around the bathroom tiles has mold stains. Taking account of the price, it is still worth the money.

    We booked this hotel as it was available at the last minute. The parking lot was full. The room was weird as there was a door that led to a small empty room. I don't remember any food or facilities of note. The hotel was ok.

    I arrived at the property late at night and was greeted by a male staff member who was noticeably unfriendly. He didn’t smile, didn’t offer any warm welcome, and gave no explanation about the room or facilities. I booked through Agoda for around 4XX baht and was given a ground floor room that felt more like a budget motel for salesmen. There was no trash bin or tissue paper in the room — only in the bathroom. The shower drain was clogged, and after taking a shower, the water flooded the entire bathroom. I had to remove the drain cover myself just to get the water to go down. In the morning, when I checked out and asked for a tax invoice, I encountered a female staff member (who had a noticeable nose job). She told me, in a rather dismissive tone, that since I booked via Agoda, I needed to contact them directly for the invoice — which I understand. What I found unacceptable, however, was her rude tone and unfriendly manner. Overall, the lack of service mind and unwelcoming attitude from the staff made for a very unpleasant stay.
