European Elegance: Charming Condo in Palm Coast's European Village

We really enjoyed our time here, the gist was excellent, his instructions were super detailed. The place was clean and comfortable and included a reserved parking spot in the parking garage. I highly recommend this property and would stay here again without question.

Very good place to stay. Very well organized and accommodating host. Check-in was easy with clear instructions from host. There is an assigned covered garage parking spot. Many restaurants to walk to, farmer’s market on Sunday. Not sure if it was just an occasion or they do this every Friday and Saturday, but they had live music in the courtyard. One can listen from the balcony or while walking around or having dinner as all places have outdoor seating.

The unit itself was as listed. It was nice and what you would expect there. I did not know it would be so small. The living dining area was too small to "hang out" when you were done for the day. I think the expectation there is that you will be out all do doing things and then come back to rest and clean up. The bedroom area was spacious and so was the bathroom. The bathroom is hardly conducive for the elderly for sure. This is just my opinion; the European Village is for the active and definitely not for kids. There is no room for them to do anything...thank goodness I didn't bring any. The elevator was out when we got there. Our host contacted the maintenance guy who graciously helped us to another building, a different elevator and to the catwalk on the outside to get to our building and to our room. Not what 2 old women with luggage were looking for. In total it took an hour from arrival to get into our room. On the other hand, the commons downstairs was very nice, and the restaurants were good.

First of all, Roman was the consummate host. He was so responsive. It was almost unbelievable. His directions for checking in and arriving at the parking garage, navigating to our rental apartment were just superb. I couldn’t believe how detailed and accurate. His instructions were. Staying at European village was a real treat. Nice restaurants bars boutiques right there right below your balcony. There was music in the courtyard Friday and Saturday night which stopped promptly at 10 p.m. Perfect. Morning coffee on the balcony was so pleasant. People watching throughout the day was fun too.
