Sea Oats Cottage has spanning view from Damon Point to North Beach Jetty and across Oyhut Bay to Westport.
-Dogs under 75 pounds are allowed with additional fee of $30 for per dog per night.
-No cats, smoking or vaping of any kind allowed.
NOTE: Due to the damaging king tides last winter, a cobblestone berm had been put in place by the city. It does not inhibit your views or beach access, however passing over berm requires caution, as the cobblestone are unstable and may shift underfoot. Use care while navigating to beach.
This beautifully furnished, new 2-story home sleeps 6 and features 2 baths; the upstairs master bedroom has a king bed with TV and a balcony overlooking the beach; the first floor 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and TV; the 2nd floor loft has 2 twin xl adult size beds.
The kitchen is fully-equipped for the holidays, including gas range, the living room features a gas fireplace, and the home has WiFi internet and a full-size washer and dryer.

As far as the listing goes, it was perfect and our family had a great stay! This is actually our second time back, only thing that was uncomfortable was the locals. While on the beach there was a local that continued questioning me and my family as it was private property and needed to make sure we had a rental on the beach, that's the only thing outsiders can be made aware of.

This is a fabulous getaway- very clean and comfortable. Lots of towels. Hot tub was awesome and easy to manage. Lots of beach walking and so many birds. Pelicans were wonderful to watch from the deck. Kitchen well stocked - bring sandwich bags plastic food storage bags. Two decks made it fun for viewing. . Nearby Ouyhut Grill was fabulous. Loved the stay.

The house was lovely and clean. Hot tub most excellent. Kitchen had many lovely appliances. The rockers on the deck were perfect.
