The year-round hot tub, screened front porch, and spacious deck with breathtaking lake and hill views offer the perfect setting for outdoor enjoyment. This pet-friendly property features a shared lake house, deck, and dock for easy lakefront access.

Excellent stay! The hose was very accommodating as a few of us checked in early. Very quick to respond to any messages or requests. Beautiful properties and very well maintained. Easy to access and get settled in, will definitely be back. 10/10!

Homesteader Lodge is a beautiful property and home, directly on the lake. We loved that it was pet-friendly too!The house had everything we needed, including a wonderful hot tub, just off of the screened in porch. It was too cool for us to use the porch but it would be lovely in warmer weather. The beds were very comfortable and the house was exactly as pictured. Bathrooms were clean, with plenty of hot water. The kitchen had lots of dishes and cookwear, as well as new appliances. One thing I would suggest is picking up your groceries, etc in the towns nearby as there aren’t places close by to shop. Antigonish is about 25 minutes away. This property is very unique, both in design and location and anyone who is lucky enough to stay will truly enjoy their time there.
