Nearby, you will easily reach the centre of Terre-de-Haut, its restaurants and shops, while enjoying a calm and preserved environment.
Ideal for a stay with friends or family, this magnificent villa with a landscaped garden of over 10,000m² and a panoramic terrace with breathtaking views can accommodate up to 15 travellers (by adding extra mattresses in each bedroom). It has a main villa as well as an outbuilding located below.
The main villa has a very large living room with a home cinema for your relaxation moments in front of a film. The kitchen, open to the living area and terrace, is fully equipped (gas hob, refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher) and provides everything you need to prepare your meals. For breakfast, a kettle, a toaster and a filter coffee maker and Nespresso machine are also at your disposal.
On the night side, the villa has 4 air-conditioned bedrooms, 2 of which are located in the annex:
Bedroom 1: master bedroom equipped with two queen size beds (160/200)
Bedroom 2: equipped with a queen size bed (160/200)
Bedrooms 3 and 4 (in the annex): each is equipped with a queen size bed (160/200) and the two bedrooms are separated by a shower room.
A complete shared shower room completes the villa. For added comfort, a washing machine and tumble dryer are at your disposal. The villa has charging points for electric golf carts as well as free parking spaces on the street.
Outside, everything is designed for relaxation:
You will enjoy a large panoramic terrace with a barbecue overlooking one of the world's most beautiful bays as well as direct access to a natural beach, which only you will have access to. For added comfort, 2 outdoor showers are at your disposal for when you return from the beach.
