About this house rental
Featuring expansive, unparalleled views of the Kiawah River and tidal marsh, as well as a location conveniently near Kiawah's Turtle Point golf course and other premier island amenities, 37 Burroughs Hall offers residents the best of both worlds.
This relatively new coastal home built in 2015 welcomes you with contemporary charm at its finest, as you ascend the front steps and through the attractive mahogany and glass front door into the interior's spacious open floorplan. The use of rich woods in its architectural details is delightfully apparent throughout the house whether in the beadboard lining hallways, wide plank tongue-in-groove walls or wood ceilings, and dark wood framed doors contrasting white molding adorning the ceiling edges.
Opening to the dining room and a living room, the large great room showcases gleaming oak hardwood floors throughout, modern lighting fixtures, a gas fireplace with a limestone surround, glass French doors leading to a wood-accented sunroom, as well as windows the length of the back of the house maximizing residents' enjoyment of the expansive marsh views.
The kitchen is sure to delight any chef, featuring custom cabinets, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, two dishwashers, modern lighting fixtures, and a breakfast bar. An adjoining butler's pantry offers a wet bar with an ice machine and additional cabinet space. Best yet, the kitchen is open to the dining room and great room, so the chef can still always be a part of the rest of the family's fun and conversation. The spacious primary suite is spacious enough to create a sitting area with beautiful marsh views. The primary bath includes granite countertops with custom cabinetry and an extra-large tiled shower with a built-in bench. Also, on this floor, another guest room includes views of the water as well as an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. A large walk-in closet completes this lovely space.
On the third floor, two guest rooms enjoy breathtaking marsh views, with generous en suite bathrooms, one with dual vanities. The "kids'" room features 4 twin beds and the homeowners have graciously included toys, a pack and play crib, bed rails that you can add to a bed, and a baby bathtub to make traveling with every member of the family easy and fun!

When you stay with ESPM for 3-21 nights you will receive a valuable credit of up to $280 (amount dependent on length of stay) to use toward beach gear, bikes, etc. Credit may not be available for last minute bookings, 48 hours notice is required.

My family enjoyed this home, the beautiful surroundings, and Charleston. We were on the hunt to follow Outer Banks filming and were successful everyday! 🤗💖💕🙏🏼The house was just perfect and accommodating for all of us. Everything was high quality and comfortable.ESPM vacation rental was easy to rent with and trustworthy. I hope we can stay at this house or another one with ESPM when we visit the area again.

This house was unbelievable, perfect for our stay with 8 adults. Would also be perfect for families with kids, lots of great amenities! It was stocked with just about everything we needed, the location was amazing with an easy bike ride to public beach access. Working with ESPM was also so seamless and easy. We will certainly stay here again next time we're in Kiawah!
