Looking for an accessible, private, and charming retreat just minutes from the center of town? This quaint, well-appointed, one-bedroom apartment is located three blocks off the main street of town but offers a calm and tranquil retreat from the bustle of the town center. This first floor apartment (only one other in this building) is tucked away for maximum privacy and is equipped with a spacious kitchen and living space for entertaining a few guests.
Access is easy! You’re steps away from one of San Pancho’s best gourmet breakfast spots, Café Floresta and a off the beaten path bakery are just a few of the charms of this area of town. The beach is a short 10-minute walk, but be prepared to get diverted for a paleta, taco or agua fresca along the way!
The apartment is cool, tranquil and dappled with warm sunlight through the many lush and mature plants that surround the space. There is a large private patio just off the entrance with an outdoor table where you can relax with a book or meal while being treated to the sounds of local songbirds, roosters and faint sounds of passersby.
The main living space is open with a small dining table and lounge seating along with an equipped kitchen for most of your cooking needs. Beautiful Mexican tile wraps the kitchen surfaces with hand pressed Saltillo tile on the floors and hand painted tiles on the counters and back splash.
The bedroom has a queen-sized bed with crisp fresh sheets and bathroom just outside the bedroom. Air conditioning is provided, and ceiling fans are in each room.
Checking in is easy. There is a lock box with key access at any time and local property management. The apartment also has off street parking.

My husband and I spent 11 days in this quaint apartment. We loved the privacy and I especially enjoyed working on my writing and painting upstairs on the rooftop palapa. The water purifier is a really nice addition, no need for bottled water, and the kitchen has just what you need to eat in. It can be a little noisy at night with the air conditioner and partying neighbours, so if you are a light sleeper, bring earplugs. Roosters were not a problem for me, brought me back to my childhood. :) Laura was great! She replied to my questions right away and was delightful to message back and forth with. Very helpful. The apartment is a block from downtown, and Calle Pakistan is cobblestoned so we found good walking shoes to be helpful. We felt totally safe where we were, and would love to come again and maybe rent top and bottom with family or friends.Oh, I agree with the small microwave idea, would have been handy,,,,but one can still heat their coffee or leftovers on the stove if needed.

This is such a wonderful apartment with lovely colorful tile, beautiful furniture, and a well equipped kitchen. There were even boogie boards, and yoga mats! San Pancho is a great community - be sure to check out Entreamigos which is just a few blocks away. You are also close to the football pitch in town, and a short short walk to the main street and all of its restaurants and shops, or if you cut through the Plaza de Sol, you can get to the beach quickly and avoid the crowds. The immediate neighborhood does have hundreds of wild chickens running about, and our first two nights we were serenaded by the roosters crowing - so maybe use earplugs or the white noise machine in the bedroom if you are a light sleeper. After awhile it didn't seem to bother us.

We stayed in the bottom suite of this property which was a perfect temperature with no need for the air conditioning. Fantastic communication from the property manager and great amenities. The location is only a few blocks away from the beach, market and shops.
