About this house rental
Welcome to Our beautiful home on Ballina Quays by the Richmond River. A perfect place for family and friends to spend time together and enjoy the direct access to the waters edge.
Situated in a quiet cut-de-sac - located 10 mins from Ballina Airport and 25 mins from Byron Bay.

Impeccably maintained split level home with amazing open style living. Floor to ceiling window to take full advantage of the waterfront position. This property boasts 4 bedrooms - Perfect for up to 8 people and a baby cot is on offer.
Kitchen opens up onto a large 10 seater dining table - making it an ideal space to gather and make memories.
Master Bedroom includes King bed with ensuite and large wardrobe
Bedroom 2 - Queen bed and access to hanging wardrobe
Bedroom 3 - Queen bed and access to hanging wardrobe
Bedroom 4 - Single bunk beds and access to hanging wardrobe
Bathroom is newly renovated. Large stand up shower with rain head. Or you can relax in an egg shaped bath tub.
Take the steps down to the private pontoon. Use our stand up paddle board or kayak... or beach fish from the small private beachfront
Guest access
The whole home will be yours while you stay including the single garage space to park your car. The house keys are kept in a secure lock box.
The house is fitted with back to base security cameras which must be disarmed when entering the house. We will email you details of how to get access to the house and disarm the security system prior to your arrival.
Noise monitors are also fitted to the house.
Other things to note
As the property is situated on the waterfront, water safety is of utmost importance. We kindly remind guests to supervise children at all time while near the water.
Strictly no parties or smoking. Noise monitors and smoke detectors have been fitted to the house.
The property must not be used by more than the number of guests booked and paid for on your reservation.
Longer stays are available upon request.

The Ballina House is absolutely beautiful, with so many thoughtful inclusions and extra touches. Plenty of space for extended family to congregate together or find a quiet nook. Everything worked well and was in excellent condition. We loved being able to take the kayak and paddleboard out onto the canal, and enjoyed seeing the wildlife up close, including cormorants, ducks and a black swan.

Our family absolutely loved this property as soon as we walked in the door. Beautiful home, very comfortable and super clean. Outstanding amenities, lots of seating and dining options for our large family. The beds and bedding were extremely comfortable and cosy. Fully air conditioned. Superb views out the back through the large windows of the canal and river. Short drive to everything. Highly recommend to anyone after a relaxing stay at home holiday or busy with activities adventure.
