This 3 bedroom / 2 bath mountain lodge is the perfect getaway for friends or family looking for some rest and recreation! Nestled in the trees in a quiet neighborhood, but only a few miles away from Big Bear’s main attractions, Moose Creek Lodge is the ideal home base for exploring all the fun to be had in Big Bear.
Guests are greeted with a sweet front porch - the ideal spot to enjoy a quiet cup of coffee in the morning. Spacious with vaulted wood beamed ceilings, rustic mountain decor, and an open-concept floor plan, this home is perfect for gathering and relaxing.
After a long day on the trails or slopes, guests will love unwinding in the cozy living room in front of the stately stone fireplace. There is also a flatscreen TV with streaming services, a Super Nintendo gaming system, and a foosball table. The couch also converts to a queen sleeper sofa bed.
Preparing meals will be easy in the fully-equipped kitchen with plenty of counter space, and a large island with 4 bar stools to keep the cook company! When it is time to eat, gather around the dining table that seats 6 to recount the day’s adventures. Prefer to dine outside? There is a large back deck with plenty of outdoor seating.
Enjoy relaxing in front of the propane fire pit before turning in for the night. Guests will drift off to sleep easily in their choice of 3 comfortable bedrooms. The primary bedroom has a king bed with an attached bathroom with a walk-in shower, his and hers sinks, and a jetted tub. Bedroom 2 has a queen and a full bed, and bedroom 3 has a twin over full bunk bed with twin trundle, flatscreen with steaming services, and Nintendo gaming system - perfect for any kids in the group!
There is also a 2 car garage so plenty of parking for guests!
Hit the slopes, head to the lake, stroll The Village, then enjoy returning to your restful retreat at Moose Creek Lodge.

• No more than 3 cars at the house at any time
• Must be 25 years of age or older to rent. Registered person must stay in the home throughout the reservation.

• Check-out time is 10 AM

*Home has a steep driveway. In winter time it is recommended to have a 4x4 or AWD vehicle. Low-clearance vehicles may have a hard time with this driveway any time of the year.
(A maximum of 2 adults allowed per bedroom per City of Big Bear Lake ordinance, 8 Adults Total with the balance of any occupancy beyond that must be made up of children under the age of 18 up to the full permitted occupancy of 9 Total allowed. No Over Occupancy.) 3 Car Max.

We absolutely loved this cabin and it fit everyone super comfortably! They have Netflix and a ton of games for entertainment. The fire pit and the grill had full propane which was very comforting to not worry about having it run out. We did find ants but that is part of the outdoors but we were only given one roll of paper towels so I would recommend packing some extra and some Clorox wipes! They do not have a lot of cooking spices/oil just something to know in case you’re packing for cooking but tons ofServing dishes and pans. There is no AC in case you need that but there’s a ton of windows with great air flow! Other than that it’s super clean, checkout is easy, communication was amazing, two car garage was awesome and the entire place was amazing!! Would stay here again in a heartbeat and would highly recommend to everyone.

We had a wonderful time! Four adults and two toddlers. Great place and very happy with our stay.. it was clean and comfortable with plenty of amenities and games for the small kids.We plan to come back so small concerns for the owner's attention: Door codes were not the same as what we were told at check-in, garage door had problems closing and not having a clicker was a bit annoying, dishwasher was not installed correctly and tilted forward towards my toddler when we pulled open the top rack, the knobs on the stove were not correct for the stove model so we had trouble getting the flames to be on high, and the fireplace also did not have a scooper for the ashes so I had to use cardboard. There was some wear and tear on the carpet, but still clean and suitable for small children. Mattresses and pillows were a little uncomfortable, but I might be a diva on that one. Looking forward to an annual vacation here. Six out of five stars!

We liked the property. Overall everything was good- the only proplem is the amount of bathrooms in the house. We had 8 family members and just 2 bathrooms. Only 1 suite and everyone else has to share one bathroom.It is close to town and the decor is cute.
