The things we loved: very spacious! Close to marina, town and Cumberland Falls. The tram/cart to the water. The things we wish it had: a full set of sheet(there wasn’t a top sheet) and a t.v. in all bed rooms.

We had a great time at the property. There was ample room for our large family. The home is located at a very convenient place so there’s no far travel for anything you might need. Clay was very responsive when I had questions. Our family will definitely be back the next time we visit Lake Cumberland.

We had 21 people age 1-70 with enough room and activities for all. A great space. A great time. Beautiful views.

House was just as advertised! Huge and plenty of room for everyone to have their own space! A lot of steps to get down to the water, but a beautiful view! Everyone enjoyed their stay ages 2-73!
