The host is very responsive.
One of the rooms has no air conditioner. There were two fans instead. The hot water heater is not working flawlessly and often requires power reset, or water stop/start while taking shower. But overall it's all manageable.

La posizione era buona, abbastanza vicina al centro ed alla stazione e comunque in un quartiere con tutti i servizi. Vicinissimo alla pasticceria Arienzi perfetta per fare colazione

There where a lot of personal items in the apartment, so you have feeling, that someone live there and just left,so you can use it.
