Havia itens estragados que não funcionavam, ou estavam com defeito, como TV, chaleira elétrica e torradeira. No anúncio diz que há vaga de garagem, porém nem todos os dias cabia o carro na garagem, tendo que ficar na rua. Acho que o anúncio deve ser reformulado.
