A lakás elhelyezkedése tökéletes, és csukott ablaknál egyáltalán nem zavaró a szemközti street food udvar zaja. Mérete két főnek megfelelő, az épület modern, a bejutás egyszerű és a kapott instrukciók alapján könnyű volt. A központi klíma megfelelően működik.
A lakás lehetne tisztább, összességében nem a "de jó itt lenni" érzést nyújtja. A kanapét meg sem mertem nézni milyen a rá terített takaró alatt, ami szintén nem volt túl tiszta. A fürdőszobai csap egy katasztrófa, mozog és csak óvatosan használható. De amúgy is inkább dizájn elem, használatra kevésbé alkalmas. A központi klíma jól működik, de csukott ablaknál kissé áporodott szag ül meg a levegőben, az ablak viszont nem működik rendesen és félig le van szakadva. Mindent egybe vetve rá férne a lakásra egy ráncfelvarrás, egy igazi nagytakarítás és egy átfogó karbantartás. Az elhelyezkedés valamelyest kárpótolt a negatívumokért, és ár-érték arányban talán elfogadható volt, de nem szállnék meg itt újra.
