Sin duda la ubicación es perfecta. Si no quieres no hace falta mover el coche. Todo muy limpio y nuevo. Adema los anfitriones geniales y muy atentos.

Ubicación perfecta. Muy cerca del mar, pero muy tranquilo. Apartamento muy limpio, cómodo y agradable.

Gut ausgestattete Küche, Klimaanlage im Wohnzimmer hübsch hergerichtet der Balkon, gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe.
Also „precisio“ war das leider nicht. Blick auf hässliche Wohnbauten, in einer befindet man sich selbst davon, Baustelle im Hof. Keine Liegen am Pool, Strand zwar nahe aber nicht sehr schön. Dreckiges Geschirr im Geschirrspüler, kaputte Gläser im Schrank. Außerdem Adresse anders wie in der Buchungsbestätigung angeben, hat uns eine lange Suche im Feierabendverkehr von Valencia beschert. Gibt definitiv schönere Wohngegenden in dieser Stadt. Last but not least, keine Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer, sondern nur laute Ventilatoren.
