Atutem jest prywatny parking w cenie i bliskość do centrum – to dobra baza wypadowa na spacery i do okolicznych atrakcji. No i piękny widok na miasto z 9 piętra. Blisko sklepy oraz zaciszna okolica nad rzeką. Apartament ładny, dobrze wyposażony, wygodny. Dokładna instrukcja jak się dostać i wejść. Dużo konkretnych zalet, tylko kilka niewielkich minusów.
Trzeba najpierw udać się do apartamentu, żeby zdobyć pilot do garażu, przy wyjeździe analogicznie – trzeba wyjechać i pójść odnieść pilot, także należy sobie zorganizować tą logistykę – albo zaparkować na chwilę pod blokiem, albo pod pobliską Biedronką. Mieszkanie na ostatnim piętrze wymagało trochę oczekiwania na ciepłą wodę w kranie czy pod prysznicem. Można zwrócić uwagę na nieco dokładniejsze sprzątanie (okruchy, kurz, szyby i lustra), ale nie było aż tak źle.
