This was the best Apartment we stayed in Japan, everything was new and clean, from bathrooms to kitchen supplies. All the necessary to clean and dry your clothes, great location very close to Yodoyabashi station exit 13, and has elevator, which made getting in and out everyday easy. The ground and walls felt silent so we were more at ease with steps and noise, it was a great stay in Osaka.
Because of the cold of January water condensation kept accumlating on the glass door to the varanda, it would pool on the ground, that door was also a bit hard to open and close, but not too troublesome.
