Our extended family of six adults (three couples) stayed at this villa for four nights and had a wonderful stay. We loved the beautiful views, spacious villa, ensuite bedrooms and swimming pool. There was plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy the property together.
Ivan and his staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, and were happy to arrange anything we needed, including airport transfers, laundry and scooter hire. Their friendly and accommodating service made our stay very easy and enjoyable.
The villa is around a 15-minute drive from Kuta, where we went regularly for lunch, dinner and shopping. We really enjoyed having the best of both worlds — easy access to Kuta while being able to return to the peaceful, quiet surroundings of the villa to relax, socialise and enjoy the views.
We also hired scooters during our stay, which was a great option and gave us the freedom and independence to get around easily.

Views, pool and spacious space.
Accessibility to Kuta Town is probably the only downside; which was fine with us since it takes a journey to get breathtaking views.

It was quite far removed from other properties … and whilst I enjoyed the remoteness of it all, others might not

The breakfast was freshly cook. Location abit far from shop but it was totally private. The people who took care of the villa Ivan was superb.
If the pool could have heater so that we can swim at night. The water was too cold.
